You have some awesome free things to do in Benidorm, some you may already have done, some maybe you can try on your next holiday.
Benidorm is, and has always been known as a place to get a bargain, drinks, food and days out all included. We take at look at some of the best free things to do in Benidorm!
Free Things to Do in Benidorm
The Beach – Quite the obvious one but with stunning beaches like Levante, Cal Mal Pas and Poniente to visit it tops the list. All you need is a towel, sun cream, the sun and you are set for a day of relaxation without spending a penny.
Fiestas – Throughout the year Benidorm has some amazing fiestas. With so many on in the calendar you can more or less guarantee being here when one is taking place.
Exploring – Benidorm is a massive resort and you can pretty much walk around the place on foot.
Most of us tend to stay in or around the Benidorm New Town part but a short walk in either direction takes us to new horizons.
The Rincon, Poniente, La Cala and the back end of the Old Town make a nice change form the New Town and is well worth exploring.
La Crux – That big cross on the mountain overlooking Benidorm is a must see. Although is a trek and may not be suitable for everyone, the views alone from here are well worth the journey up.
St Jaime Church – Located in the Old Town part of Benidorm St Jaime Church should be visited at least on a trip to the resort. Free to get in and as stunning as it is from the outside, the inside really is something.
Placa del Castell – I think most of us have been here and without doubt one of the most stunning places in Benidorm Old Town.
The views you get over both Levante and Poniente from the Placa del Castell make it worthwhile visiting here.
Dove Park – Just at the edge of the Old Town and Poniente Beach you find Dove Park. A pleasant place to visit in Benidorm and the kids will love all the Doves flocking around the water fountain.
